Delivery

All orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days of the order. Most orders will go out next day. There are two shipping options to choose from on your order - standard shipping which is 3-5 days and priority shipping which is 2-day shipping. All domestic orders are sent via USPS.

Our 30-Day Guarantee

If after you've used our products you are not fully satisfied, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, no need to send the product back (give it to a friend!). We will do everything we can to rectify you problem so please reach out to us using the contact form here.

Problems with Your Order

We do our best to pack the orders well and protect the glass bottles with enough wrapping materials. If you order arrives damaged, reach out to us immediately using our contact form and we will replace any damaged items.

If your order is incorrect or missing items, let us know and your correct items will be sent out right away, no need to send anything back.

Returns

Our products cannot be re-sold once it is opened and used so we do not accept product returns. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will solve your problem and issue a refund if applicable.
